Job Requirements-

- Graduate with a positive academic record.
- Excellent written and comprehension skills in English.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
- Prior experience in customer escalation handling is required. ( 1 years )
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
- Address customer queries at the appropriate authorization level.
- Respond to customer queries through email and social media channels.
- Manage customer follow-ups across social media platforms and email.
- Ensure customer queries are resolved within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Meet and exceed committed service levels for customer escalations.

CTC- 28ctc ( 24 in hand )
