Evaluate telephone requirements; support phone-system procurement and implementation; configure numbers, extensions, voicemail, routing, auto attendants and softphones; support mobile communications; coordinate cutover and telecom vendors.
Qualifications:
Experience with business telephone/communications systems.
VoIP/softphone knowledge preferred. telephone configuration and troubleshooting experience.
