We are looking for a Lead Verification Executive Telecalling to join EstateDekhos Quality Control (QC) team.
- Make 100 - 150 outbound calls per day to verify customer leads.
- Verify customer requirements including location, budget, property type and buying interest.
- Check whether the customer is genuinely interested in purchasing a property.
- Qualify leads based on the verification criteria.
- Update accurate call remarks and lead status in CRM after every call.
- Maintain lead verification quality and daily calling targets.
- Coordinate with the Account Management and Sales teams when required.
- This is primarily a lead verification role, not a sales role.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in Telugu & English
- English and Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Comfortable making 100- 150 calls per day.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support or Lead Verification experience is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Should be comfortable working from office in Hyderabad.
