A Telecalling Executive acts as the primary voice of a company, engaging potential and existing customers via phone to promote products, generate leads, and resolve queries.
Key duties include making outbound calls, navigating scripts, and updating CRM records while achieving sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calls: Proactively call prospects to promote products/services and handle incoming inquiries. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and persuade them to close sales.
Customer
Support & Database Management: Address customer inquiries, record detailed notes, and update data in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and productivity metrics.
Objection Handling:
Address customer objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Required Qualifications &
Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar customer service role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Soft Skills: Resilience to handle rejection, patience, active listening, and solid persuasion skills.
