Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and leads. Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally. Explain company services clearly to customers. Follow up with potential customers. Generate and qualify leads.

Maintain accurate customer and call records. Update customer information in the company system. Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.





Preferred Languages Malayalam Marathi Assamese Bengali Tamil Hindi English Required Skills Good verbal communication skills. Customer handling and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Lead follow-up and coordination. Ability to work with daily targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Qualifications10+2 or Any Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Telecalling, customer support, BPO, or sales experience is an advantage.
