We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
