We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses, admissions, tests, and other institute updates.

Handle incoming calls and respond to student/parent queries professionally.

Explain course details, batch timings, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

Follow up with enquiries and prospective students regularly.

Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

Send relevant information and follow-up messages on WhatsApp when required.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pleasant and confident personality.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Previous telecalling, counselling, or educational-institute experience will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹8,671.28 - ₹31,355.72 per month
