We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to contact customers, respond to enquiries, and support the company’s calling and follow-up activities. The candidate should have explicit communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide basic information.
- Explain company products or services clearly.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Record call details and update customer information.
- Transfer complex queries to the relevant team.
- Maintain a polite and professional approach during calls.
- Support lead generation and appointment scheduling as required.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and follow-up targets.
