We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Jaipur. The primary role is to reach out to potential business owners, explain business loan options, and assist them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential business clients and introduce business loan products.

- Understand client needs and suggest suitable loan options.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to close sales.

- Help clients collect and submit the required loan documentation.

- Achieve monthly targets and maintain accurate call records.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years in calling, tele-sales, or loans (Freshers are also welcome).

- Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi, polite phone etiquette, and persuasive selling skills.

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-time (In-person)

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
