Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Trivandrum. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to support recruitment, customer engagement, or feedback collection activities, following scripts and guidelines where necessary. Daily tasks include explaining services, answering questions, updating records in systems or spreadsheets, and documenting call outcomes accurately.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, escalating complex queries, and maintaining professional communication standards at all times. The Telecaller is expected to meet call targets, adhere to schedules,



and consistently provide respectful and clear communication to all contacts.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English , Malayalam and Tamill and local languages, with clear diction and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, ask relevant questions, and respond with empathy and clarity.
- Basic computer literacy, including working with call management tools, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
- Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and accurate documentation of call details.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven environment, maintaining focus and consistency throughout the workday.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication, business, or related fields is beneficial.
