We are looking for experienced Loan Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our NBFC team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan telesales, NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, or loan DSAs and should be comfortable handling customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan business
- Explain loan products, features, eligibility and documentation requirements
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan products
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications
- Coordinate with customers for required documents
- Manage the process from initial lead through login and disbursement
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets
- Build professional relationships with customers and handle queries effectively

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of prior loan telesales/telecalling experience required
- Experience with an NBFC, Bank, Fintech, DSA or financial services company preferred
- Knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP and/or other lending products
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Good command of Hindi; English communication preferred
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and closing skills
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Freshers should not apply
