What You'll Do
- Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products
- Follow up on leads until they convert or close
- Share product and pricing information, handle basic objections
- Update and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Track call outcomes and report on lead conversion status
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer calling experience (required)
- Strong communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and email
- Confident and persistent — okay with following up after an initial no
- B2B or industrial product telesales experience is a bonus
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcome
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + incentive on every successful order closed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
