Scholar Buddy is an education and coaching platform providing academic coaching, competitive exam preparation, skilled courses, and career-oriented programs for students.

We are looking for a Telecaller / Admission Counsellor who can confidently communicate with students and parents, understand their requirements, follow up with leads, and convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and connect with leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media, and other sources.
- Understand the student's educational goals, course requirements, and concerns.
- Explain Scholar Buddy's courses, batches, fees, features, and admission process clearly.
- Handle student/parent queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/conversion targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic/admission team whenever required.
- Ensure timely follow-up so that potential leads are not missed.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, admission counselling, education sales, EdTech sales, or similar roles.




- Candidates with proven experience in lead conversion and closing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets/WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.

Salary & Incentives

Compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, and previous conversion performance.
