We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will generate and convert leads for our mutual fund solutions through outbound calls and product demos, and build lasting relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and generate leads
- Convert interested prospects into product demos
- Follow up with warm leads to close them
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Explain mutual fund products and solutions clearly and honestly, in line with compliance guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of sales or telecalling experience in the Mutual Fund / BFSI industry
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of Marathi or any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam) is a strong advantage
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with good follow-up discipline
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
