Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Support the immigration counselling team with lead coordination.

Maintain accurate customer and call-related records. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. Work towards assigned calling and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate

Profile 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of telecalling experience . Candidates should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Experience in telecalling, customer service, voice process, or immigration counselling will be preferred. Should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
