Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company services and provide relevant information.
- Handle customer queries and follow up with leads.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.





Required Skills:

- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite communication with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
