Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Executive role based in Indore.

The Telecaller

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain loan and refinance products, and guide customers through eligibility and documentation requirements. The role includes following up with leads, updating call records in the system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Executive will also address customer queries, build rapport, and maintain a professional and courteous communication style in every interaction.



Achieving daily call targets, contributing to sales conversions, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, telecalling, and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
- Candidates should possess sales orientation, negotiation ability, and target-driven work habits.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections and customer concerns.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or financial services is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Indore and manage flexible schedules as per business requirements.
