Wisdom Overseas is looking for a confident, presentable, and professional Telecaller & Visa Counsellor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students regarding overseas education opportunities, following up with leads, and assisting them throughout the initial counselling process.

The ideal candidate should have a good personality, excellent communication skills, and confidence in facing the camera, as the role may also involve appearing in promotional videos and social media content for our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential students and generate quality leads.
- Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, and study-abroad requirements.
- Counsel students regarding suitable countries, universities, courses, and visa options.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper lead records.
- Explain admission and visa processes, requirements, documentation, and timelines clearly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa-processing team.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and provide timely responses.
- Participate in promotional videos, reels, and social media content when required.
- Represent Wisdom Overseas professionally both online and offline.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Good personality and presentable appearance.
- Comfortable facing the camera and speaking confidently in short promotional videos.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of study-abroad destinations and visa processes will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, education consultancy, or visa processing will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also apply.
