Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, generating qualified leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills
- Telecalling / telesales experience.
- Lead generation and customer conversion experience.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
