Fuel Gym & Yoga is a growing fitness and wellness brand based in Chennai, offering functional fitness, strength & conditioning, yoga, aerial yoga, HYROX training, Zumba, and fitness education programs.

Founded in 2022, Fuel has built a strong fitness community in Chennai and continues to expand its offerings, partnerships, events, and outreach initiatives.

As we grow, we are looking for someone who can be part of our marketing and customer engagement team and contribute directly to lead conversion, brand visibility, partnerships, and community growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Marketing & Lead Conversion Executive to join our team.

This role involves handling incoming leads, speaking with potential customers, following up with them, and converting enquiries into memberships. You will also interact with different brands, businesses, communities, and external partners for marketing, brand visibility, and outreach initiatives.

If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and are comfortable taking ownership of conversations, this role could be a good fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to incoming leads through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our programs and services clearly.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external brands,



businesses, communities, and other entities for collaborations and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with partners for brand visibility activities, events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Identify and explore opportunities for increasing brand awareness and customer reach.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing and outreach activities.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Hindi-speaking candidates will have an additional advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Any bachelor's degree is sufficient.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, marketing, business development, or customer relations is an advantage but not mandatory.
