Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for periodic service reminders.

- Inform customers about upcoming service due dates and service requirements.

- Schedule and confirm service appointments.

- Follow up with customers who have not visited the workshop after receiving service reminders.

- Contact customers regarding pending service, repair, or maintenance requirements.

- Explain available service packages, offers, and maintenance-related information.

- Follow up with customers after service to check their satisfaction.

- Collect customer feedback regarding service quality, vehicle delivery, and overall experience.

- Record customer complaints and coordinate with the Service Advisor/Workshop team for resolution.

- Update customer call details, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM/DMS.





- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer requirements and appointments.

- Maintain regular follow-up with inactive or overdue customers.

- Achieve assigned targets for service appointments, customer retention, and follow-ups.

- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
