Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads.

- Explain physiotherapy services, consultation process and appointment details.

- Understand basic patient requirements and guide them appropriately.

- Schedule and confirm physiotherapy appointments.

- Follow up with patients who have not confirmed their appointments.

- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

- Coordinate appointment schedules with physiotherapists.

- Follow up with existing patients for repeat sessions where required.

- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

- Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.





- Escalate clinical or medical questions to the qualified physiotherapist/doctor rather than providing medical advice independently.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Valuable telephone etiquette.

- Patient and empathetic approach.

- Strong follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/lead-management systems.

- Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.

- Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, hospital, clinic, telecalling or telesales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
