We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to support international students with their study applications and provide guidance throughout their journey.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with students and good knowledge of international education processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day student queries and provide timely support.
- Guide students about courses, universities, applications, and admission processes.
- Support students throughout the application and visa process.
- Review student documents and coordinate for any required information.
- Follow up with students regarding their applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams when required.
- Keep students informed about their application and admission progress.
- Stay updated with changes in study abroad processes, admission requirements, and visa-related updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience to students throughout the process.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in student counselling,



education counselling, study abroad, admissions, or a related field.
- Experience handling offshore international students is preferred.
- Good knowledge of at least one or all (Preferred) of the following study destinations: (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, New Zealand)
- Understanding of the study abroad application and visa process.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications and queries.
