Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecallers / Travel Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will interact with potential clients, introduce our travel packages and club memberships, handle inquiries, and assist customers in planning their dream trips.

No prior telecalling experience is required—freshers with valuable communication skills and a passion for travel/customer service are encouraged to apply! Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries regarding tour packages, itineraries, and club membership benefits.

Lead Conversion: Understand client travel preferences, answer queries clearly, and convert prospective leads into bookings.

Follow-up Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients via phone calls and WhatsApp/email.

Database Maintenance: Update daily call logs, lead status, and client details accurately in the internal system/CRM.

Customer Support: Provide friendly, polite, and helpful information regarding destinations, pricing, and booking procedures.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and guest satisfaction.





Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.A., MSW, etc.).

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers are fully welcome. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

Good spoken communication skills in Malayalam (English and Hindi are added advantages).

Friendly, persuasive, and pleasant telephone manner.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, MS Excel, basic web browsing).

Enthusiastic attitude towards learning about travel destinations and packages.
