Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Sadar.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide information about services, respond to customer inquiries, and support sales and service processes. Daily responsibilities include updating customer records, maintaining call logs, and following standard scripts and procedures while adapting communication to customer needs. The role involves collaborating with the local team, meeting call and quality targets, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal contacts.

Caller is expected to uphold Sky Reach’s customer service standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid verbal communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with call center or CRM software to update and manage customer information.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes and meet performance targets.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, call centers, or customer support is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar and collaborate with a local team is required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communications or sales is an advantage.
