Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tele Caller / Pre Sales role based in Pune City.

The Tele

Caller / Pre Sales team member will make outbound calls to potential customers, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide initial information about products and services. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, updating customer data in the CRM system, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team. The role involves handling basic questions, clarifying customer needs, and ensuring every interaction is polite, professional, and accurate.

The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns,



share feedback from customers, and help improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and pre-sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and customer needs assessment.
- Candidates should possess data entry and CRM skills, with the ability to accurately record, update, and manage customer information.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and daily reporting effectively.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, including a customer-focused mindset, patience, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Pune City and collaborating with cross-functional teams is required.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools), is an added advantage.
