Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about the product and service

- Handle inbound inquiries from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, or process orders

- Communicate with clients professionally over the phone

- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information

- Follow up with leads regularly

- Maintain lead and calling records

- Meet performance targets, including daily call volume metrics, lead generation numbers, or sales conversion

- Coordinate with the internal team when required

- Support the team in generating and converting leads

Education and Experience

- Must have a Degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience

- Must be efficient in Basic Word and Excel, with knowledge of Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms

- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power

- Should be able to work with a Team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
