- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients and explain the hospital’s hair, skin, and aesthetic treatments.
- Handle incoming calls, patient enquiries, appointment requests, and provide accurate information professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, social media, and other sources.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while maintaining an organized follow-up system.
- Understand patients’ requirements and guide them toward the appropriate consultation or treatment appointment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients regarding consultations, appointments, and treatment-related enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, follow-ups,



and patient interactions in the CRM or designated system.
- Build positive relationships with patients through polite, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-conversion, appointment-booking, and follow-up targets while maintaining high standards of patient service.
