Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate mandate firm. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to support business closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and clients from the provided database.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
- Explain relevant real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle client queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate.
- Real estate experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems.
- Candidates with experience in real estate sales or mandate firms will be an added advantage.
