Position: Telecaller Executive

Industry: Real Estate – Apartment Projects

Job Type: Full-Time (9.30 AM to 6 PM)

Requirements

- Only Women candidates
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Telesales
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in Tamil & English
- Confident and qualified telephone communication
- Good customer follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Follow up with prospective buyers and enquiries
- Explain apartment project details
- Understand customer requirements
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the Sales Team

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Incentives will be discussed during the interview
