We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, confidence in speaking with customers, and a target-oriented approach. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and features clearly to customers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments, enquiries, or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, enquiries,



follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Update customer information and call details in CRM/software or Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending enquiries, quotations, appointments, or payments as required.
- Identify customer needs and communicate them to the relevant sales or support team.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned senior team member.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and customer outreach activities.
- Prepare basic daily call and follow-up reports.
- Perform other customer service and sales-related activities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
