Job Summary

Institute of Professional Banking is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers – Sales to join our team in Noida Sector 2. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses/services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions/sales.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about courses/services.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and other relevant details to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to improve conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales activities.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or counselling will be preferred.

Education
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply.
