Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our apparel brand, reaching out to B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors) or B2C customers to promote our latest garment collections, generate leads, and secure orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce new clothing lines, seasonal collections, and promotional offers.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify current business opportunities by pitching our manufacturing or wholesale garment services.

- Order Processing: Take customer orders accurately over the phone, update the sales system, and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.

- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with retailers and distributors to build strong long-term relationships and secure repeat orders.

- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in our database.

- Payment Follow-ups: Remind clients regarding outstanding payments and coordinate collection timelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
