- Make outbound calls and communicate with candidates in a professional and confident manner.
- Understand candidate requirements, qualifications, experience, skills, and availability.
- Share relevant job opportunities and provide candidates with accurate information about available positions.
- Identify interested and suitable candidates based on the requirements of different opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and maintain consistent communication.
- Verify and update candidate information accurately in the assigned system or database.
- Guide candidates through the next steps of the process and address their basic queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, responses, and candidate status.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional and positive experience throughout candidate interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Must be 18 years or above.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve performance-based goals.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and data entry.
- Ability to handle regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, customer support, or client interaction will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
