Designation: Telecaller

Location: C.G. Road, Ahmedabad

Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 Per month

Shift: Monday to Saturday (10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to handle client calls, explain products/services, generate leads, resolve client queries, make interview calls and maintain positive client and candidate relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Handle inbound client calls and resolve basic queries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions to client.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up,



and conversion.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM or computer applications.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
