We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join us for a part time assignment. The role involves making calls, following up with customers/dealers, sharing information, and maintaining call records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/dealers as per the provided database.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
- Collect relevant information and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further follow-up.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
