Role Description The Tele Caller role at EkasCloud London is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Tele Caller will engage with prospective learners and business clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to explain EkasCloud’s training programs and consulting services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and scheduling consultations or demos for the sales and training teams.

The Tele

Caller will follow scripts and guidelines while personalizing conversations, provide clear information about course offerings and pricing,



and support applicants through the enrollment process. The role also involves meeting call targets, sharing feedback on customer needs, and collaborating with colleagues to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over phone and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, such as handling inquiries professionally, managing objections, and maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
- Candidates should possess sales and telemarketing skills, including lead qualification, basic negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to meet call and conversion targets.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, CRM usage, call documentation, and time management across multiple leads.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and digital literacy, with familiarity in using office productivity tools, online communication platforms, and virtual meeting applications.
- Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or education/training services is beneficial, along with knowledge or interest in cloud, DevOps, or AI-related domains.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid workplace in Bengaluru, adaptable to changing priorities, and motivated to learn about EkasCloud’s offerings.
