? Experience: 1+ year in Tele-calling / Tele-counselling

? Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Counsel students on programmes, eligibility and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Generate and nurture admission leads through regular follow-ups.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment/conversion targets.

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust counselling and follow-up abilities.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling student/parent queries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and lead management.

Preferred:
- Experience in Education / Admissions / EdTech will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Ranchi preferred.
- Candidates with immediate/short notice period preferred.
