WSP is seeking a energetic Technology Stack Analyst. The person will be embedded with the US Strategic Growth Team (SGT) to support technology stack digital developments and business line reporting solution automations. Focus is on improving data quality and usability within systems, such as Horizon, through reporting, validation workflows, and automation.

This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, reporting, and (predominantly) low-code development, with exposure to machine learning concepts and software development.

This role will be based in the Noida office.

REPORTING & AUTOMATION

- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards that surface data issues, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Support development of reporting pipelines that track data completeness, accuracy, and coverage across systems (e.g., Horizon)
- Translate business needs into repeatable reporting workflows and automated outputs
- Assist in developing scheduled or trigger-based reporting solutions using low-code tools or scripts

DATA QUALITY & CLEANSING SUPPORT

- Identify and flag anomalies, duplicates, and missing data within core systems
- Design and maintain reports that drive data cleansing efforts
- Support implementation of validation rules and structured QA processes
- Work with technology stack leadership and US business lines to understand data issues and reflect them in reporting logic

TOOLING AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

- Support development of internal tools using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Assist with enhancement and maintenance of existing low-code solutions
- Perform QA testing on new features, dashboards,



and automation workflows
- Support software development, as needed (e.g., COLBY, SOCAP)

TECHNICAL EXECUTION & ANALYSIS

- Run and review simple Python-based processes or notebooks where required for reporting or validation
- Support light scripting or transformations to prepare datasets for reporting
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and gaps

TECHNICAL

- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience or recent graduate with relevant internship or project experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Basic exposure to Python or scripting concepts
- Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks or similar environments
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

ANALYTICAL

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and errors
- Logical problem-solving approach

MACHINE LEARNING AWARENESS (BASELINE)

- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts
- Awareness of training data, outputs, and evaluation
- Ability to support workflows relying on model outputs
