We're hiring a CTO. And retail experience isn't optional.

Cotton & Clay is building a digital-first fashion and lifestyle business, and we're looking for someone to take charge of our entire technology ecosystem.

Our proprietary Business OS is already taking shape. Next comes the integration of e-commerce, international sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, analytics and AI.

We need someone who's been there, built it and understands what happens when technology meets the realities of retail.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle retail or D2C e-commerce.
- Proven experience building, launching and scaling production technology platforms.
- Robust hands-on expertise in modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, integrations and AI.
- Experience leading engineering teams, managing technology budgets and owning cybersecurity.




- Commercial judgement, startup mentality and the ability to get things done.

This is a leadership position with genuine ownership, direct access to the CEO and the opportunity to build something substantial from the ground up. We're not looking for someone to manage a collection of vendors and PowerPoint presentations. We need a builder.
