Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Master Data Management (MDM), Oracle Site Hub, Supplier Hub, and Oracle DRM. The ideal candidate will play a client-facing leadership role, driving requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, and stakeholder management while ensuring successful delivery of enterprise MDM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle MDM and DRM implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide techno-functional solutions.
- Design and implement master data governance, hierarchy management, and data synchronization processes.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and interfaces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS, DRM, and Fusion applications.
- Provide functional guidance and technical leadership to development teams.
- Drive solution architecture, effort estimation, planning, and delivery management.
- Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot complex issues,



and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and governance processes.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and design workshops.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications with significant focus on Oracle MDM and DRM.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and master data processes.
- Hands-on expertise in Site Hub, Supplier Hub, Oracle DRM, and PL/SQL development.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing client interactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Fusion EDM/EPM.
- Knowledge of OAF customizations and Shell scripting.
- Exposure to data governance and master data management frameworks.
- Experience working in global delivery and client-facing environments.
