Role Description: The Technician role at Bull Machines Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in coimbatore. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on backhoe loaders and related equipment, ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, using diagnostic tools and telematics data, replacing or repairing faulty components, and performing preventive maintenance according to company standards.

The role also involves documenting service activities, maintaining accurate records,



coordinating with supervisors and other team members, and supporting dealers and customers with technical queries when required. The technician is expected to follow all safety protocols, contribute to continuous improvement of service processes, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical and hydraulic aptitude, with experience in servicing heavy machinery or construction equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, and the use of tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and service documentation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software, telematics platforms, and standard workshop tools.
- Relevant technical diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field.
- Prior experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or plant operations is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work in office in coimbatore. collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- Willingness to work in shifts, travel to customer or dealer locations when required, and adapt to evolving technologies.
