About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve technical and functional documentation for Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Order Management, and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills combined with an understanding of WMS, OMS, supply chain processes, enterprise applications, and software products. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical and functional information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain high-quality technical, functional, and product documentation for enterprise applications and supply chain solutions.
- Develop documentation for WMS, OMS, supply chain processes, integrations, workflows, APIs, system configurations, and business processes.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, business analysts, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and maintain user guides, technical guides, configuration guides, implementation documentation, process documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
- Document system workflows, business processes, integrations, data flows,



and application functionality.
- Support documentation for WMS, OMS, inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and other supply chain processes.
- Review existing documentation and identify opportunities to improve clarity, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Collaborate with project and product teams to ensure documentation is aligned with product releases, system changes, and implementation milestones.
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, terminology, version control, and content organization.
- Participate in project meetings, requirements discussions, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions to gather information required for documentation.
- Ensure documentation is technically accurate and validated by the appropriate technical and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a centralized technical knowledge base and documentation repository.

What We're Looking For

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, Product Documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong experience creating technical and functional documentation for software or enterprise applications.
- Understanding of Supply Chain, WMS, OMS, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory, or related retail technology domains.
- Ability to understand and document complex technical concepts, application workflows, integrations, and business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar, structure, accuracy, and detail.
- Experience working with developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, consultants, and other technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently gather information from SMEs, technical teams, product documentation, application demos, and existing system documentation.
- Strong ability to organize complex information and present it in a transparent, structured, and user-friendly format.
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment is preferred.
