The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive, clear, and accurate technical documentation that supports our products and services. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including API references, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and other technical resources.

The Senior Technical

Writer will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and accessibility of our technical information, ensuring that users and developers can easily understand and utilize our products effectively.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in technical writing within the software or technology sectors.



Proven experience in documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer tools is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent command of grammar, syntax, and technical writing standards to produce professional and user-friendly content. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare is required. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is critical.

A degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a robust portfolio of technical documentation will also be considered.

Responsibilities

- Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for software products, including API documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting articles.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical details, verify information, and ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates and features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including endpoints, parameters, request/response examples, and best practices.
- Implement version control procedures to keep documentation aligned with software releases and updates.

- Assist in developing templates, style guides, and documentation standards to streamline content creation and maintain uniformity across all materials.
