Technical Writer with strong hands-on expertise in

MadCap Flare and product documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex software/product functionalities and convert them into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.The candidate will work closely with

Product Managers, Developers, SMEs, QA and other stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality technical content for enterprise/SaaS products.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain and update user guides, administrator guides, online help, release notes, SOPs and knowledge base articles .Develop and publish documentation using

MadCap Flare .Create structured, reusable and well-organized technical content.Work with developers, product managers and SMEs to understand product functionality and documentation requirements.Convert complex technical concepts and workflows into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.Create and maintain online help systems and product documentation .Prepare documentation for product releases and feature enhancements.Develop

API/integration documentation where required.Create process flows, screenshots,



diagrams and other visual documentation using tools such as

Snagit, Visio or similar tools .Follow documentation standards, templates, style guides and content governance processes.Perform content reviews, proofreading, quality checks and publication readiness checks.Maintain documentation repositories and knowledge bases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
