Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Writer role based in Bengaluru /Hyderbad /Kolkata.

The Technical

Writer will create explicit, structured documentation for complex IT solutions across domains such as AI, cyber security, data engineering, and cloud computing. Daily responsibilities include gathering information from subject matter experts, drafting and updating user guides, installation manuals, process documentation, and technical specifications. The role involves standardizing documentation formats, maintaining version control, and ensuring content aligns with branding, quality, and compliance standards.

The Technical

Writer will collaborate closely with engineering, product, delivery,



and support teams to ensure all technical content is accurate, accessible, and useful for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication to explain complex concepts in a clear, user-focused manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Documentation and Documentation management to organize, structure, and maintain knowledge bases and document repositories.
- Candidates should possess experience creating Manuals, user guides, and process documents for software, platforms, and technical services.
- Relevant experience with IT or technology products, ideally in areas such as AI, cloud computing, cyber security, or data engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interview subject matter experts, and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, Markdown, or similar) and familiarity with version control practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
