Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Trainer, based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on IT and related technical topics, ensuring that learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Daily responsibilities include developing training materials, such as presentations, labs, and documentation; assessing learner needs; and updating content to reflect current technologies and best practices. The role also involves providing post-training support, gathering feedback to improve programs,



collaborating with technical teams to align training with real-world projects, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong instructional design and training delivery skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Solid foundation in IT domains (such as software development, system integration, semiconductor design, or networking) and familiarity with current industry tools and practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to provide constructive feedback and support learner success.
- Competence with digital training platforms, learning management systems, and productivity tools used for virtual and blended learning.
- Ability to analyze learner performance data, adapt training approaches, and continuously improve course content and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, corporate instructor, or mentor in a technical setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory learning environments.
