Job Responsibilities
- Handle client calls and understand technical issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution.
- Maintain support records and update data in MS Excel.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution.
