Hiring – Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for a Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide technical assistance, and identify relevant sales and upselling opportunities.

Position

Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive Experience : 6 Months – 3 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Rotational Shifts ( Cab facility available in limited areas) Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer support.
- Understand customer requirements and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Assist customers with internet, connectivity, website, account, or technology-related queries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products, upgrades, and additional services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly.
- Handle customer objections and convert suitable opportunities into sales.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction while achieving sales and productivity targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
