Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Engineer to handle inquiry processing, proposal preparation, supplier coordination, and end-to-end documentation support for the sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Inquiry Handling & Cost Estimation: Log incoming inquiries, review technical specifications, and assist in preparing accurate technical quotations and proposals.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors/suppliers for component pricing, technical spec sheets, and delivery timelines; raise and track internal purchase requisitions.
- Customer Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with customers regarding quotation status, engineering approvals, and pending payments.
- Sales Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline records (inquiries, offers, orders)



and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Internal Coordination: Work with the internal design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are accurately communicated.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales support, preferably within the Conveyor or Industrial Automation sector.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with conveyor components, ability to read engineering drawings, and strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Good organizational, follow-up, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner or within 30 days preferred.
